Oh is it? then my friend really got a good deal for himself when he bought a new one abt 1yr ago at less than $8000...imagine the value has appreciated so much..

 

i think ur friend got the previous generation,M series 16600.

coz the new Sea Dweller DeepSea V series 116660 juz came out couple of months back.

brand new shd be selling at ard $13k. my dream watch....

my wife looking to buy one, she saw a ger wearing so she wants one now.

 

checked submariner green dial going for 7.8k at dickson, old one at pengkwee first quote 7800, bargain till 7500 dunno can go down some more.

 

My friend bought the Sub LV at WP about 4 months ago @ $8.2K. Now market bad the price also affected.

I've been to a auction recently there was a submariner green dial sold for exactly $7k, start up price was $5k. Each call was +$500. After it reached around $6k someone got impatient and raised his hand showing the "7" sign. It was sold to him for $7k.

can anyone pls advise where can i get second-hand rolex watches such as GMT Master or Submariner. any local shop or links. Thks.

Rolex GMT Master or Master II, Submariner, Sea Dweller or their Chronograph range is very good for investment, according to 2 of my friends (ex-neighbours) as Rolex do not make a lot of them.

 

However, do be careful if you are buying from some 2nd shops as they may replace some of the parts with non-original parts and they look so "new" in the display cabinet, I was told to avoid one of this shop in Peninsular Plaza by my 2 friends
