Toapayohkid 1st Gear January 21, 2009 Share January 21, 2009 i dont know about tng, but when i fined in melaka before also like that. walk into their town centre can bargain up to 40-50% discount of the fine. my fine is also kelong one. i put proper coupon placed in front of dashboard, park properly and they still fine me for no put coupon.
