Crazy weather in Singapore ?

So cloudy since early morning, but rain never arrived again.  Now sun come out bright bright.

Heavy rain are mostly at the west side. My side not a single drop.

On Tue also a few drops of rain in the area i was at. Car indeed become more dirtier. 😒

I think some of the day definitely more than 35deg, NEA always report lower.

I remember during my NSF day in Tekong during early 90s they mention if more than 35deg training will stop. My BMT start from June definitely hot month.  

But during that 30yrs ago weather is not as hot as now.

if it's "black", means risk of heat injury is high and training may be halted
