Don't worry the most you will wet your shoe, not flood your car. Water will still over flow and flow down. 

Unless you are saying basement car park.

It used to be level 4, 5 and 6, and today even level 3 is ankle level water also. One exit water at ankle level while the other exit was normal, really DIU!!! Limbey want to vote opp liao!!!

Every month the ah neh wash carpark is push all the dirt towards the floor trap with the spray jet, almost every floor trap on every level is blocked, how not to flood when such heavy rain visits. 

KNN feedback until sian liao. And what makes me more tulan is, the  wall tiles of the carpark lift came off and were waiting to drop, I called TC and they removed the tiles, leaving the ugly cement wall without tiles for more than one year. This afternoon, one ah neh braved the heavy rain tiling those empty space with a different color wall tiles. Really KNN this TC, no election no work. DIU!
