Actually drink a lot of water and have enough sleep plays important part too.

So SAF way of water parade at night is not good lah?

 

I only know after the water parade had to non stop go toilet, how to have 7hrs of un-interrupt sleep fir the ippt next morning.

Last time I visited kidney dialysis center n attended their briefing...ya they did mentioned at night shouldn’t drink too much water so that when we sleep our kidney can rest. Best is to drink more during daytime and each time half a cup...so that our body can absorb it more effectively. Do it as frequently as possible during daytime.

best not to drink at night but particularly for dialysis patient who would be on a restricted fluid intake.  Sth like 1l a day.  thus, if there is too much fluid overnight, the BP and HR maintains at a high level.
