Is wheel alighment covered by the AD within the 3years or 60,000km warranty period?

Anyone get the AD to realigned your wheels before? Thus can save the $60?

Wheel alignment is not covered under warranty just like wipers, oil filter, spark plugs,etc....

Agent will only entertain you one time for wheel alignment if you complain car pulling to one side within the first month into your new car.

Was in Batu Pahat over the weekend and dropped by a big tyre shop. Paid less than RM60 to have the wheels rotated and balanced, 4-wheel alignment, and post-alignment test drive [:)]

Oh Yes, in Malaysia the alignment service is much cheaper. However, there are times that after an alignment the car feels worst, due to whatever reason the job is not well done, then going back to Malaysia to claim a re-alignment is a chore.

Wheel Alignment is the tricky job. As for wheel balancing it should be quite straight forward. Locally, you can do a tyre rotation for $15 but only the wheels that are put in front will be balanced.

i agree with that... lots of alignment machines in Malaysia are not properly calibrated. Only go to good ones recommended by some1 you know. But non-calibrated machines are also found in singapore... difference is, in SG, they charge S$40-80 for wheel alignment (from small shop to Sramford tyres), in Jaybee, its RM30-50.. for most medium size shops.
