The regulator is not off the shelf product. U need to ask the maker. There are other regulators, maybe u can try Sim Lim Tower.

Sim Lim Tower also sells those regulators. Basement, there is one shop, Jutech. I bought my float switch from there for my DIY auto aquarium water top up. Once water level in main aquarium low, the float switch will kick-in and pump water from reservoir to main tank. There are many shops there selling such DIY knicks and knacks. Another shop to find would be 3rd level, Kaishin.

Pisces69 6th Gear February 19, 2013 Share February 19, 2013 at least they sell every spare parts after i read the manual. so urs 14 yrs without replacement of any part? Nothing spoil so far. Usually i just get a new unit if it spoils cos its not that ex if u consider it lasts >10 yrs. Wait u fix one thing another part wil spoil. Everything has a lifespan. Once it reaches it most parts tend to start breaking down so i find more worth in cost n trouble to just replace it. Anyway its not that expensive. Price slightly more so its worth. I prefer Cornell brand. Also very lasting. The one at my mum's place lasted 10+yrs!!! Changed to another Cornell brand of course. My place one, five years plus liao and still going strong. Its warranty also five years. Much cheaper than 707 and last as long as 707.

Ah_Kiat_John Neutral Newbie December 24, 2013 Share December 24, 2013 (edited) This week just install : Alpha brand water heater, model X5 series (heating element from UK ). Cost $180 (include installation)Pro: The outflow rate is ok (can be adjust accordingly). Heat ok. We like the water spray design, the water come out like raining. http://www.alpha-electric.com/showroom_x5-series.html I guess we can save $$ if i install myself (as all the wire already laid). We see the guy install the heater so easy. Edited December 24, 2013 by Ah_Kiat_John
Garfieldpal Neutral Newbie March 2, 2014 Share March 2, 2014 just checking ---- can the outlet (hot water) from the instant water heater fix to the pipe that leads to the mixer tap? Will there be any water pressure issue? e.g. the water pressure from the instant heater will be too low, and will not flow to the mixer tap....that kind of issue? ↡ Advertisement
