USB Drive Capacity

I am using a Sony Mex 1 GP

The removable face plate is a 1 Gig Thumb Drive with a mini USB to

connect to a PC.

 

I want to increase the capacity

 

Is there such a cable,

A end - USB female, to accomodate thumb drive

B end - male RCA, to Aux in head unit

to connect thumb flash drive to Aux in.

This way, I can use 8 Gig thumb drive, control from head unit
