guess he is a bit blur when he received the call...

there was a report in the papers, the fella that chose the winners was charged with corruption. He rigged the winners.

So is SHELL going to do another round of picking winners to replace the previous ones? Or SHELL need to pick double 12 winners for this round of free fuel.

anyway that is why i never believed in lucky draw. Even my ex ex company i suspect the lucky draw abit kelong, all the top 10 prizes went to people working under the senior management
