That Posb always has a long queue.

In my entire life, I've never spent less than 30 mins in that branch queuing.

I'm so glad that the app nowadays allow 90% of things to be done online.

Anyone tried the upgraded refurbished DBS/POSB outlet in Clementi Town center.

 

What a joke.

 

Long queue just to get a queue number.

 

Multi questions to find out which service you want.

 

Customer service helpers to direct you to the right queue after you get a queue number who could be better help to customers if they were behind a counter shortening the queue.

 

Asked if it was this busy because it was saturday.  Told it was like this every day.

 

Upgrade????

Go to a video teller centre. No need Q for long. Go off-peak, don't even need to Q. Can do most transactions of a teller. All you need is NRIC and ATM card for verification.

 

I was pleasantly surprised that the video teller could issue me a new e-banking token and personalised ATM card on the spot via the machine.

Many places all over our island. Go to the POSB/DBS site and search for "VTM". I did mine at West Coast CC.

Everything can be done online and automated, somemore now got bank app. Make phone call also no need anymore. LoL...
