To everyone asking for the location and how to get there:

 

Its at the end of Marina South. Drive to Marina South as you normally would and there will be signs to guide you there. Remember the big car-park behind the steam-boat/BBQ places? It's actually there. Parking is free, but limited lots.

 

The above pictures were taken on a weekday morning. I suspect it will be pretty crowded in the weekends. Night views also good. It will be a damn good place to watch the NDP fireworks next time!
