Dear Bro/Sis

Anybody had experience with Maxcoil? Any review? Recently just bought Maxcoil Beau Sleep for ard $1,800 with bedframe.. Can't really find this model in Maxcoil website? Is this a local housebrand?

Appreciate your feedback

I am using one with the works from Maxcoil. Try searching the web for it site. Their office is around Ubi Tech Park.

I have good feedback on them and their services, very professional. My wifey says that I am more of a "Princess' than her when it comes to mattresses. It has great support for the back, nice comfort with pocket springs, Memory foam, latex and pillow top. All you need is to have a 300 tread counts bedding will give you maximum comfort. And it is half the price of the branded ones

FYI - They are OEM for many companies. And there are only 3 basic manufacturers of spring, less Sealy.

Hope it helps.

Bros...

The Mattress industry is similar to the insurance industry..this is why:

- Commodity product (every company sells almost totally same thing)

e.g. 100k insurance coverage is same whichever company you go to, end of day its still 100k coverage. For mattresses.. most companies, even the big famous ones like SEALY SIMMONS etc all sub-contract to local or domestic mattress manufacturers to make their mattrieses.

Pocketed Spring mattress has been invented so long ago... everyone can amke the same thing, its all MARKETING to differentiate products to charge more..

Thats why although every department store (tangs, robinsons, taka) sell mattresses that have different names, SO YOU CAN'T COMPARE by price, although they are they same thing. You can take down the specifcations but its very trouble some. They do this to appease their distributors (dept stores) so stores wont have price competition and cut into the profits.

- Furthermore, mattresses usually last for long time, how often do you buy mattress?

So its in their (mattress company) to rip you off the moment they can.

=====================

That being said bro sorry but..... the beau sleep for 1800 is way overpriced... bedframe only costs about 300 at most and the beau sleep.... im using that.. but sold by a online seller.. obviously as i've mentioned the model name would be different(cos manufacturer dont want u to compare prices between their distrubutors) but specifications wise its exactly the same(confirmed by seller), and I paid only 700 for it with free delivery...

Seller was even nice enought to gurantee that its the same, by saying if he delivers and if I tested it wasnt the same, he would bring back... and true enough... totally same...right down to stitching except the model name tag!

I've been using Maxcoil for coming to a year, really liked it alot. Bought the mattress for that is good for posture. On the whole i find their mattress reasonably priced. But one thing I dun quite like is the foam pillow which was given together the mattress, find it too hard(even for the soft one).

Bought it at a exhibition fair at expo, but can't recall the price.

U can find more details @ http://www.maxcoil.com.sg

Ya Maxcoil is good for low end (cheap sub 4-500 spring/pocketed spring mattresses)

and the high end (individual pocketed spring, with latex/foam topping)

Those are very value for money...!

That's a good analogy [thumbsup] Do agreed that Company will always maximise their profits to sub-contract to those country with cheap labour..What's ur specification?

We tested a few brands and are quite please with Max Coil mattress. For a $2k+ max coil mattress, something similar from the more premium brands would easily cost $3k or more. any user review for Pedicare or Aloe vera series ?
