Just that in certain cir-cum-stand-ces, we should give these ppl a wide berth and know that their limits imposed upon them, is not so much by their power to act, but by their own learning and intelligent limitations. So all said, some donkeys have to do the unpleasant jobs in society....just that they have decided to do it, should not equate to a passion to eliminate them from the living world! I once got warning letter from TP for speeding along Hougang Ave 3 before. If speed, prepare to pay. If saw them, just follow the speed limit, unless there's people like to contribute lo. Even recruit students to use video cam to record traffic conditions, maybe to determine ERP gantry or to see which overhead bridge is best to deploy more police speedcamera!
