I lost my birth cert during moving house lately, how to replace?

Go to the place that make your IC one and make...can't remember what is the dept call. It used to be at Empress place.

 

U need to make a police report on the lost first before they will replace it for you.

Yes, one can apply it online.

I think there is no need to make a police report for birth cert.
