How can afford such luxury in spore. Lol

Although my family would probably prefer vios coz it's sedan but it's too ex at 84K. Out of budget.

But I believe swift is as good since its Japan made (fingers crossed)

The Bezza is a similar and more affordable option to the vios but please don't go for attrage 🙂

I rather get the Attrage with 6 airbags than a Malaysia car with 2 airbags.

2 AIRBAGS...what era liao?

Better in what sense?

Expand
  • More power & torque
  • No hybrid battery to worry about
  • 6sp auto is better than CVT anyday
  • 1.0T is VES B band, which means higher PARF value when selling/dereg
  • That new grille with chrome strip across is just unnecessary. 1.0T's rims are nicer too.

Of course, the above is just my view. Feel free to ignore/disagree.

Agree. Think CM was tempted at PI selling the 1.2 hybrid version and decided to ditch the 1.0t version.

With a turbo, low speed pickup and driveability will be much more superior. Now you'll have to made do with 80 horse and 107 nm (like an attrage) just for the sake of "fuel efficiency".

Yep, agreed the CVT sucks compared to a 6 speed auto.

But just prefer a normal 4 cylinder which is smoother compared to a 3 cylinder.

Hi all, I’m new here. Was doing research on Suzuki swift and stumbled upon here.

With the current COE pricing at around $40k, is $87k considered too expensive for the new hybrid swift?

If not, what would be a reasonable price range to look at?

Yes. It's not worth more than 80k since the Mit attrage (which share the same miserable performance as the 1.2RS) is retailing for 75k now.

Don't be fooled by the mild hybrid because it's not a full fledged motor that can contribute power to the petrol engine.
