WUT?? Definitely not as quick as your GTI dude...lol

But seriously its a good manual fun as a 2nd car as the boot of the 32 too small, robbed by the twin exhaust. The 33 fixed that problem though with a clever twin exhaust design..

I saw this in my Swift FB group..

Can call to ask..

Asked liao. 4 pcs of magnetic sunshades $135 Edited by Superteho

My gti sold off liao. Conti really not easy to maintain. I always thought the dsg is a nightmare waiting to happen but suprisingly something else gave way earlier instead. Lol

I test driven the zc32s manual. Quite an interesting car. Small boot yeah..much like he zc31s. As for the 33, no money lah. CM may not be much cheaper then GR also.

Just need a easy to maintain car with a little fun for transport haha

Yup. Conti has a much higher wear. Funny sensors and oil leaks which don’t usually happen in Japanese makes with the same age and mileage.

The zc32 can pump 95octane which is an improvement from the zc31.

As long as the zc33 is 10-15k(without catA and B differences) more than the 1.0t it’s a worthwhile buy.

Just booked one at the Expo to replace my wife's 10 yr old Vios. Test drove it the day earlier and enjoyed the punchy drivetrain- certainly more fun than the new Vios (but that was a surprisingly quiet car, much quieter than our old gen 2 Vios).  I was surprised I preferred the Swift's responsiveness to the i30 hatch as well. The i30 is a much more refined car overall though.

I've asked our SE to call me when Champion brings in the Swift Sport. If the 1L turbo is this much fun, I really want to try the Sport!

Anyway, we just need a small car to do the school run and errands. We're pretty low mileage users and the Swift is cute, easy to drive and park for the missus and she strongly preferred it to the bigger cars so we booked it- had to commit as the old COE is dying soon.

The premium version just adds on a Clarion head unit that is only iPhone friendly but not Android Auto and a reversing cam. Skipped it and will do a 3rd party one myself.

The Expo offer was 68+K for the base model with free front cam, solar film, 3 yrs free svc, 1 yr road tax. Model car, got a t-shirt also.
$500 for trading in a toyota (Borneo and Champion are both under Inchcape) and haggled for a better deal on the old car.

They are expecting the COE to rise the next few bids so that's why (they say) they are not giving the whole 10k off. Confirm that the VES is neutral now.

Inchcape well known for fear mongering.

Before the VES2 kick in in July, Borneo were also saying price will go up, blah blah blah...

Look at the price of their cars now.

And COE will drop further due to increased quota from nov to jan.

Not forgetting economy is weak and the flooding of cars by Lion Shitty Rental.

You are probably right but at this price point there aren't many better choices and we're kind of stuck as we need the replacement car soon- and CM has cars in stock. Was considering renewing the COE but after speaking with one of the bros here who is known for his ruthless calculations I decided it was reasonable to get a new car.

Anyway, wife likes the car and you know what they say- happy wife happy life! [:p] (<--- very very important consideration haha!)

Not too bad bro. Reminds me of my 1st car Toyota starlet but with much more safety features and comfort. Getting the hang of manual again. Haha
