Powerhouse Clutched October 17, 2008 Share October 17, 2008 Well, so many ppl here have lashed out their thoughts about your inconsiderate action. Have you learned or will ever learn from this lesson? ↡ Advertisement

Nero Neutral Newbie October 17, 2008 Share October 17, 2008 I've been on this forum for a number of years. Guess what - this is my virgin post. You really agitated me (and everyone else) so much that I can't help but want to post. Look, kid, I and many of the forumers here have been to many countries (Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, US, Italy, France, Japan) and spent years in some of thes countries, and driven on those roads before. In all these countries, the extreme lane is for overtaking. Everyone in the world who has a license knows this. I seriously wonder if you've been living on the moon. Sucker Clutched October 17, 2008 Share October 17, 2008 Stock market is already boring... Thank you for entertaining us and spice up my Friday mood! BTW, what is your car? Then I will avoid U.... I think U could lodge a complain to the TP on the subaru legacy. To make a legitmate complaint, U need to pen down your real identity to TP else TP will not consider your case truthfully. We are eager to the outcome, please let us know the outcome. Out of curosity, does the subaru legacy has a scoop or moonroof? What is the color? Thank you! Guys, thanks for you wonderful replies and guess this has to put to a stop. Will check with LTA regarding this and post their reply here.
Silver_blade Turbocharged October 17, 2008 Share October 17, 2008 I agree. I find out driving theory only tell you what's right and wrong...but don't really tell you very much the reason. It's a bit like LTA telling people to switch on the car's headlight in the tunnel. LTA's recent KPE radio...keep telling people to switch on the headlight, keep it bright, etc....but did they tell people that apart of making sure others can see you better....the bigger reason is in the case of a power failure (tho there will be backup light, but it will still be significant darker), driver will still be able to see the car in front of them? Mikosan Neutral Newbie October 17, 2008 Share October 17, 2008 Bro, about time you hang up your driving licence or go back to driving school. Even if you maintain the speed limit, there are people who really need to travel a little bit faster in an emergency. It's road hoggers like you who could cause road accidents. En0203 2nd Gear October 17, 2008 Share October 17, 2008 Hi bro, i hope u should learn by now what is right and what is wrong judging from all the responses. tailgating is not right but road hogging is not any better. just my 2 cents. cheers
Brock 1st Gear October 17, 2008 Share October 17, 2008 Even foreigners know about SG's traffic rules.... http://www.xpatxperience.com/vehicles/sing...fic_rules.shtml [*]Overtaking The right lane is the fast lane. You should always overtake on the right-hand side. Please remember to keep left if you're not overtaking. Road hogging is an offence and will result in a fine and demerit points on your licence. And from the Singapore Police Force... http://driving-in-singapore.spf.gov.sg/ser...afetyadvice.htm Don
Jamesc Hypersonic October 17, 2008 Share October 17, 2008 Check with LTA? Have you not seen the sign that says - KEEP LEFT UNLESS OVERTAKING? You are wrong! Everyone here tells you you are wrong. You still cannot accept it and want to argue! You are truely an idiot!
Silver_blade Turbocharged October 17, 2008 Share October 17, 2008 (edited) Some just will admit their mistake and accept the truth. Actually it's nothing wrong is being corrected. Everyone will be ignorant about certain thing....but we all learn from it. Both drivers were wrong. Edited October 17, 2008 by Silver_blade

Wanderer Clutched October 17, 2008 Share October 17, 2008 Yup, agreed with u that's abit childish For some experienced drivers, they will just release the accelerator and try to see from a larger view who's the real hogger before taking the next action... Scoots 3rd Gear October 17, 2008 Share October 17, 2008 (edited) Try doing a search for Tas0577's past posts, you will see a common theme: 4. Refuse to admit mistakes, as you can see from this thread. Well after pointing this out, I think it doesn't need much guessing to know who Tas0577 really is Based on your observation 4. I can only think .... Tas0577 = Testa_Ross??... Edited October 17, 2008 by Scoots
Wanderer Clutched October 17, 2008 Share October 17, 2008 U must have scared the sxxt out of the van driver! Another type of driver which I detest are those who changed lanes very slowly though there are no on-coming vehicles or a large space is present, then suddenly they just swerved back to the original lane!
