HUGE jam along Commonwealth Ave West

Just came back from work and saw from the MRT train a huge jam along Commonwealth Ave West.

 

What happened arh??

 

Looks massive! On both sides of the road

The usual lor. One side of the road accident, the other side kaypoh slow down to watch.

think the jam is due to huge jam at ECP... the traffic flow into alternative route and caused heavy traffic at other road..

Surprisingly PIE towards Bedok from Paya Lebar was superbly smooth this evening. I was like - where did all the traffic go?
