Cycling from East Coast Park to Tanjong Rhu

Refering to the map below, how does the cycling path (in red dotted line) cuts across the ECP ? Is it below the ECP ?

bridge is further down. this road is the road that leads to the marina bay golf course ...

If u look at the Tanjong Rhu Cross, it also cuts across ECP what. Must be thru underneath ECP.

used to cycle where u mentioned almost 8 years ago. it was just an empty piece of land, so just cycle on the soil and stones. now not sure whether any track there. last time dont have this rhu cross road

Long ago there was a dirt path that goes under the bridge that link East Coast Park to Kallang Basin as in the red dotted line.

 

Last I venture there was a year ago. Still can cross under the ECP, but the track south of ECP heading towards Fort Road is no longer there. Have to cross the ECP at Fort Road instead.

 

Maybe you can be kind enough to update us on the current status.

Does it link to the service road along East Coast Parkway all the way to East Coast MacDonalds ?

In my last attemp, tried bashing thru and but kenna block completely at the construction site of the entrance of the the now-completed KPE.
