Infraguy Neutral Newbie October 15, 2008 Share October 15, 2008 Well 912 (just out few months only) is pretty new compare to F1. Where quite a lot of people use F1 before. So those who have not use 912 why don't try it out. But i still like 912 gd grip wet & dry & noise level is low.
Jerry Clutched October 15, 2008 Share October 15, 2008 How about if compare the above two tyres with Yokohama S drive and C drive?
Infraguy Neutral Newbie October 16, 2008 Share October 16, 2008 I have colleague who recently change from S drive & A drive to other models. Reason being is that after 15 to 20k. The type start to have less grip & can feel the tyre is harden. i personaly have not use A or S drive b4 but i used b4 ASPEC DB & i have the same feeling mention above. Then i change to Falken 326 & now

Sin_0 Neutral Newbie October 16, 2008 Share October 16, 2008 i had F1 for about 40k, changed to tr1 and never bother about F1 again... tr1 can do better than f1 in all areas.... tested in M'sia NSH, good tyre...planning to use tr1 again during my tyre change
Thestig Clutched October 17, 2008 Share October 17, 2008 I would recommend the Michelin Pilot Preceda 2. It would be hard-wearing, comfortable (unless you go over speed strips), reasonable performance as compared to F1 when it comes to both wet and dry and also quieter. Robo 2nd Gear October 17, 2008 Share October 17, 2008 am on eagle f1 for my aveo5. dry is so so. i expected it to be better. but wet grip exceeded my expectations by alot! there is a saying that goes. when the sky starts to rain, the tyres start to sing! wet rd is super grippy. 160km/h on NSH is no problem at all. very stable and u can practically hear the grip on the floor. but the noisy is drowning! im kinda immune thou. u cant have the best of both world.
