Recaro SR-6 or Bride Ergo II

Feedback on these 2 seats? They cost about the same. Looking for reclining sports seats to replace stock in DC5.

Just on outlook, the recaro one looks more sweet to me due to its style and lining. The bride one abit old fashioned.

 

Btw, what are their pricing?

comparing the 2... recaro win hands-down

 

but these 2 will be hard to climb out of (unless u used to bucket seats) ,think your gf or wife will if you change the passenger seat to this...

 

Bride Stradia will be good due to ease of entry and exit(compared to Ergo and SR-6),but if budget allows... SHC had one sold for cheap.you can search the forums for a good priced one... BUT watch out for imitation ones,lots lurking ard now for BRIDE...

the Recaro looks nicer because i feel that a sports seats should be in fabric rather than leather.

Yep. SR-6 normal fabric is $1.4K. The one featured is premium fabric, which costs $1.6K.

 

The Ergo II is also about the same price. Comes in both leather and fabric versions.

 

I'm leaning towards the SR-6 also. The side bolsters are angled and easier to get into and out from.

i m still living in my promotional days...btw only last early last month recaro had a promo. SR6 Premium edition at 1050.

The Bride does not seem to have the catch at the shoulder area for the seat to incline forward for access to the rear seats. Won't that be a problem for your car?

 

Unless you don't fetch passengers in the rear...

You can try to sit in Euro Rs... they are using the SR-6... if not, very similar.

Bride has a lower handle at the bottom of the seat at the rear for quick incline.

 

The SR-6 looks a bit like the Euro R's, but yet different in some ways.

What promo was that? Was it by Miki or Exotic Tuner? $1K for SR-6 during promo for premium edition? If so, I'll hold on and wait for another promo. $1.6K and $1K is a LOT of difference!

Exotic Tuner...but i very limited pcs.

 

SR4 was even cheaper.

I asked from Exotic Tuner. There're 2 versions of SR-6, currently priced at $1.4K and $1.6K. If they actually offered the premium $1.6K at $1.1K less than a month ago, that would be very good price!

 

The SR-4 traditionally went for around $1.1K.

if i remember correctly when i went to exotic tuner during august,i was quoted $1.4k for the SR6 premium model.

i was told that they bring in alot of the premium model so the price is very good.

yup,i'm contemplating to get one too. for me,the draw is the new quick release knob for access to the rear seats

that wasn't the SR6 premium,but a SR3 custom made 50piece promotion,wif alcantara material n red stitchings accentuation.

Sounds like the SR-6 is pretty popular.

 

BTW, it seems only the normal fabric version has an all red version. I'm torn bet that and the premium with dark maroon. $1.4K vs $1.6K.... x 2....
