Like the Sambal Pomfret from any of the Lai Huat Seafood Restaurants (eg. New Lai Huat, Old Lai Huat, Lai Huat, etc...). It is a family run biz, each of the brother running their own branch.

CHilli Crab must go try Ban Hoe Leong Resturant at Casuraina Road (Upper Thomson) Beats Long beach, jumbo etc...

There is one at Macpherson, near the former Jackson place..... Crabs is great... Morning to afternoon sell bak kut teh too..... but malaysia bak ku teh is best, way better than the best in singapore

Anybody knows where is the corner stall that sells nice chilli crab at old jackson hawker centre in macpherson road moves to after the hawker centre was closed for good.

 

The stall has a lighted crab that has a movable "gong". The chef won prizes before in cooking competitiion. Has been trying to locate the stall but to no avail.

 

Please help as I like the taste of their chilli crab. Some how can't find any other chilli crab come close to it. Is a personal taste
