that's not the scary part.....probably they oladi have the technology to track your car via GPS and then bill you according to your usage .

It's making people going home later or stopping people from going into city to fill the gap left by working people...

biz must be too overwhelming in chinatown so hv to stop charging too much else the whole place will flood with pple and cars.

 

i think it is only sensible to cut the erp so less car will now drive there.

car ownership is jus one aspect of congestion

 

another aspects of it comes from proper road planning which can makes a big difference

 

 

proper designation of yellow boxes, timing of traffic lights, timing of road works.
