Alphine HU offered by KM. Worth to trade in for $400 and upgrade to a better one?

Trade in if you want to have double-DIN HU that have DVD and connect to a reserve cam. Otherwise, just use the stock one.

Double Din HUs like Alpine can cost anything above $1800 so it depends what brand and model you are looking for. You booked a 1.6 FD Civic? I think KM giving Alpine 9884. $400 quite a good deal but to get a decent single-din HU with 5 band EQ would cost around $700-$800.

Sony can get ard $900++ ...

 

if u trade in ur heaunit with KM, they should give u the bracket to cover up the space.

 

so u save on bracket also.. which is another $100+ .. (confirm with ur SE)
