I am assuming it is annual package, inclusive of bonus.

I think you need to increase the values

 

$50k pa and under

$50k pa to $100k pa

$101 pa to $150k pa

$151k pa to $250k pa

$251k pa to $350k pa

$351k pa to $500k pa

above $500k pa

 

 

so as to fit the profiles of ChickenFarm, Porker, King of Abalone etc...

Pays polled were very high then.

Maybe annual gross divided by age bracket?

 

E.g.

25-30 Need not divide

30-35 Divide by 1.25

35-40 Divide by 1.50

40-45 Divide by 1.75
