Had called up a few suppliers, but their MOQ is in millions.

you are actually looking for ready stock singlet bags, like fellow members mentioned here you should be able to find what you are looking for @ SKP or victoria market..

 

other than that a rough estimate of singlet bag MOQ would be around 30,000pcs... You can customize the size, thickness, colour and printing!
