Nasi Briyani

Does anybody knows where I can find a good DUM nasi briyani restaurant in Singapore? I prefer the slightly damp nasi briyani, not the dry ones. The rice is cooked together with the meat and rendang gravy. I used to like one restaurant called "Iniaval" along Chander Road (parallel between Race Course Road and Serangoon Road), but I guess the restaurant has gone now... their phone number no longer working. There are lots of DUM nasi briyani restaurants in Race Course Road and Chander Road, but many serve the dry ones unlike the slightly damp ones cooked by Iniaval.

I've heard of Allauddin in Tekka market, but I've not eaten them. Where are they now? Do they serve the damp or the dry ones?

Any recommendations welcome.

Thank you for all your suggestions. I hope to try all of them out.

I think I last asked the Stanley Road nasi briyani shop; they serves DUM Fish Briyani every Wednesdays. Other days are the normal nasi briyani. Is this still the same?
