T-Bone Suplex

This is a variant of a belly-to-belly suplex. Rather then crossing the opponents arms around his own, the wrestler performing the T-Bone Suplex wraps one of the opponent's arms behind there back and throws them overhead in the same motion as a belly-to-belly. Another way of finishing this grapple is during the belly-to-belly like motion of throwing the opponent is for the wrestler to catch them and fall backward like a fall-away slam.

 

The T-Bone Suplex is also commonly called an Exploder (alternate spelling: Exploider), particularly when used by Jun Akiyama (a wrestler who currently competes for NOAH.)

 

A modified version that ends in a Powerslam Pin is currently used as a finisher by WWE Superstar, Shelton Benjamin.

[reply]Met an aggressive Sunny driver on my way to work today. He crossed the double white lines and wana T-Bone the Taxi. Me behind looking also for the taxi. Dont know wat the hell is he doing.

 

 

Just wondering how come u can anticipate this to happen cos u are taping the taxi before the sunny appear

Nothing wrong. Maybe he rushing for reservist. Its always good to have loyalist like him protecting our country while our foreign talents do their jobs and collect salary safely.
