Getting a Chalet there is a bad idea cos of the parking. Non holiday period should be ok I guess. Once returned to my chalet and realise someone parked right inside my parking lot leaving me no where else to park at all

Ya, parked at Downtown east. There is a new multi-storey carpark there...

Max charges per day is $6.09, so for 3 days 2 nights is $18 bucks++

Just park at the public carpark beside (outside) the Costa Sand Pasir Ris Resort. It is free parking. 10mins walk to Down Town East.

I am refering to the carpark beside the Pasir Ris Costa Sand Resort (Not Down Town East Costa Sand). It is Car Park A of Pasir Ris Park. From the car park, you walk through Pasir Ris Costa Sand resort and will reach Down Town East in about 10mins.
