The illegal syndicate will just buy the printed ciggarettes from the manufacturer and repackage them in ait tight tupperware to sell to Singaporeans.

By printing this stoopif letterings, they let out the pandora box.

Now the customs cannot do anything if they see one whole tupper ware box of 'legit' cirgarettes with the letterings.

 

Unless they come out with another law that says, 'if the lettering cigretters are not accompanied with the proper cigrettes box, then it is still considered an offence'.
