Blood test showed blood enzyme (topanin, not sure exact spelling) is in the high threshold.

My artery was found to be fully blocked during the angiogram, no blood flow through the blockage.

Good that you are ok now.

It is common to see people collapsed due to stroke and heart attack, regardless of any age. It is really damn scary.

Thank you.

Certain people are more prone to heart diseases.

iirc, the risk factors are genetic (high cholesterol, family history,, high BP, age) and lifestyle (stress, exercise, smoking).

Also, more men than women get it. In fact, the participants in my cardio rehab class are all guys.

Still many factors can be managed through medication and lifestyle changes.  And prevention is always better than cure.

Yes have to accept but still can do something about it, eg high cholesterol can take medication to manage.

The only way is to take medication to manage but the condition is still there and still subject to high risk of heart attack and stroke and heart disease.
