Don't think can use for NDP lah... It would have to be on a much larger scale and the water would be very susceptible to winds which would spoil the entire effect...

 

Maybe for shopping malls or exibitions? I would say this is for indoor use only...

If I am not wrong, there's a similar one at Raffles City. Then there's another one at Suntec where it seems the water is....you think your eyesight got problem.
