WARNING all those going Autbacs during the Opening period

Was there this afternoon, dunno where all the people come from, even more than opening day itself, must be many tuang office, anyway, I was right about the pathetic parking at Autobacs, not enough car parks many park along the roads and being so near TP HQ, you can only guess what happened, many donations to the Govt made today.

 

So all those going tomorrow, or Sunday please do not park along the roads, there will be several officers all out at once to book parking offenders. Not worth it really.

 

Those MCFers who got booked today please help bounce this thread.

Been there a few times already, OK parking but today was very crowded, dunno why, so prepare for the weekend. Just be cautious and don't risk parking at the roads outside.

i forsee this problem to continue moonths to come... best is carpool,leave cars at paya ubi ind park and car pool to Autobacs(provided all drives)

Autobacs things are not exactly what you call cheap..

 

the Bt Batok Branch are like 5 mins away from my home..even that, i seldom go there..

i was there tis afternoon. the q wasn't so bad. q abt 10mins.

 

some of the branded car shampoo is on offer. autoglym, zymol meguair etc. got a few good buy today.

Actually u all can park at the big big open space carpark beside Frontier building ma. Worse come to worse just park in Frontier building lor its just beside Autobacs isnt it?

Yes but knowing Singporeans, since the carpark beside Frontier buidling quite "far" many are lazy and just simply park along Ubi View and get booked.

 

Autobacs not cheap but most of their products are Japanese and not cheapo type, I prefer to shop there rather than the other auto accessories shops.

 

Ubi View branch is very bright and cheery.

i was there on the 3rd sept and i also parked along the roadside.

luckily no "talisman" paste on my windscreen.
