Where in Sgp to get best exchange rate for Rupiah?

Currently, changer near my place offering only 6300 to our dollar. Is this alright?

agreed with bro Jamstart.... how much are you changing? Unless you are changing millions of SGD, the spread difference between the various money changers will not be much

Went to City Plaza on Tuesday. Managed to get 6420..... guess it was the best after asking around the many $ exchangers.

i think that's about the fair rate already, which part of indon u go? some places use USD/ SGD more than their own RUPIAH.

if north side, can try money changer near the yishun interchange (beside Yishun Park).

it seems their rate is better then the one at northpt.

at least that's what I found out when going bali and batam in june and august respectively.

 

but be warned it's only like few hundred rupiahs difference oni.

Rupiah is ~ 30% lower compared to about a month ago.... close to 8000 to the SGD now.

 

Those going Indo now really worth it man.....

If go Bali... then change at the entrance of Matahari Shopping centre. The rates are much better than even City Plaza's.

 

Hmmm... those domestic maids would suddenly feel like they've had a 30% pay rise.
