Tailgaters - how do you react?

Just like to get a general feel of wat our bros/sis here will react to the a/b mentioned. Assuming you are driving along with the traffic flow, regardless of which lane you're in.

for any other lane, just heck care, but having someone tailgating u on lane one means u are hogging, unless u have another car in front of u say less than 10 car lengths away

 

it usually takes two hands to clap, tho some pple are just idiots and like to tailgate or road hog

if one is on fast lane, it may be better to just let the tailgater pass.

 

sure, u may suffer bruised ego, but far better than having damaged rear bumper even if can claim. also, the tailgater might be in a hurry.

 

there's another plus, he may help to "clear traffic" in front . i love it when aggressive boy racers (i'm boyboy but not boy racer ) come up fast from behind, then i try to get out of their way and let them intimidate the cars in front of me.

 

honestly, i'd feel worse if someone overtakes me from the left. i rather give way unless in traffic jam, where everyone is hogging/tailgating anyway

Why not put let him pass, after that tailgate the fellow back? I have seen ppl do it b4 but not me lah.

I first see the car.. if it is potentially quicker, i let it pass.

If its someone whos in a hurry, i let him pass.

 

If its some riced up car. I'll have some fun before letting him pass.

i will see what speed he is going. If he is not too fast and if I am in need of a new bumper, I will slow down and hopefully he gets closer and then slam brake!

 

Umm...to think about it, it's time I need a new bumper because got many scratches.

Normally will let them pass. What irritates is that their headlight is often too glaring from behind. can be quite dangerous at times which can blind pple vision. TP time for you to catch those illegal HID lights
