sour grapes.

You saying me is it? No la....my brother in Msia has a line of these super and luxury cars in his garage as he is a car dealer. That crazy fellow eventually kept the GTR for himself. He also kept an Audi R8 but I think he is going to sell that soon with a profit! (don't ask me how.....in Msia, anything goes). At least in Msia I can understand the appetite for these cars; plenty of god forsaken roads for you to zip around.....and it doesn't depreciate that badly.

In Singapore.....distance from one traffic light to the next is less than one football field. Besides seeing it depreciate it like crazy everyday, what else can i see from it?

Good day to all bros, just a young and ignorant "young" boy here, but hey I LOVE GTR! Its just ice-cream for my eyes everytime I see 1 on the road! I love the refine sound of stock GTRs, so gentle yet strong xD No offense to anyone out here! Just my 2 cents, P.S, its my dream to own one though i'm still young, studying and without a license :D Cheerios!

i dun think a gtr can be much of a status symbol... to me, its just an upgrade of evo x, which is an upgrade of wrx (u get what i mean)...

but, its just me :D hope i dun offend any gtr owners..

Ever since from the yester-years when GTR was tagged with the Skyline badge, GTRs had always been dubbed as the "Poor Men's Ferrari". Yeah, mark the word Poor men.

I supposed the current GTR is now "Middle Class Men Farrari".

Always see at least 1 GTR on the road everyday.

totally different class. i've never been in one before, but the exhaust note CMI. sounds damn wuss for a supercar. gimme the sound of a zhng wrx or evo boom any day.

but then again, it's meant to go, not show. and if i had all the money in the world and can only buy one car, this is the car i'd get.

well...it cost over 250k for a GTR, almost twice any evo and more than 3 times a WRX..Many people with that money, will get a BMW or a entry level porsche. Getting a GTR imho, shows the appreciation for racing heritage and ultimate driving experience.

Please tell me , how could an upgrade of evo x or wrx can beat a Porsche 911 GT2 in Nurburgring lap times ?

Just upgrade of WRX or Evo?

Think GTR is way above in status and shiok factor man!!

Get one and drive slowly also will feel real good.
