HDB resale flats still going strong!!!

just one observation: there seem to be a lot of people living in condos/houses (both locals or PRs) who also have a HDB somewhere....

These days ENBLOC is a Bad word for people like me.

Becos more people realise once their homes enbloc, they cannot find same size, location homes that is cheaper than their Enbloc prices.

They have to buy farther away, smaller units.

Enbloc is for greedy people (owning a unit in your condo and a few more around town).

For people like me, a house IS a HOME 1st, Investment 2nd.
