Singer Neutral Newbie August 12, 2008 Author Share August 12, 2008 bro, u had a bad day today ah??... chill up k? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MdRtnCRDV-U ur method is a tad too tedious unless gahment wants to further strain their understaffed forces leh 1. not everybody uses credit card so difficult to nab this cohort 2. basing on technology alone will cost gahment an arm and leg to pin down these small time cheaters gahment knows jolly well this matter is rampant but it is not their priority else we read this meter cheating news everyday i understand ur drift but other possibilities shared but bros here equally make sense. No matter how difficult to comprehend how ICA would dedicate a team to combat this matter as per your enlightenment, there is always a possibility to that
Nullifi3d 4th Gear August 12, 2008 Share August 12, 2008 Anyway, what harm is there when sgreans go malaysia to pump?? Govt of sg lose money thats why they implement this stupid rule? cheating = WRONG. Pump in Malaysia = NOT WRONG.
Altivo 3rd Gear August 12, 2008 Share August 12, 2008 the last time i went m'sia, the customs ocifer saw an extra remote hanging from my key bunch. Asked me what was it and so i replied that it was the remote for my house security system which is the truth. He was not convinced and asked me to hand it to him. Okay loh.... so i passed it to him and he pressed lah ... pressed lah but my fuel gauge needle didnt budge. So lan lan, he returned me and waved me on. Slowmo Clutched August 12, 2008 Share August 12, 2008 (edited) next time use this method better la... put the car mod inside the tank (eg. magnetic stones) to fill up 3/4 of the volume then go JB remove. or best is leave them in to atomise the fuel molecules for incredible FC. Ticklish8 3rd Gear August 12, 2008 Share August 12, 2008 ICA don't have to catch you all the time. But need to catch you just once. I know a lot of brothers can boast about smuggling cig / tamper fuel and escape for more than 2-3 years or even 4-5 years. But you kena once, that is.... got record forever. why risk it.... Kwchan 1st Gear August 12, 2008 Share August 12, 2008 In the last two years, three persons had been charged in court for tampering with their car fuel gauges. All three were convicted and were fined and jailed. only manage to catch 3 in 2 years?? No wonder pple can slip past custom so easily...

Linlaupeh Neutral Newbie August 12, 2008 Share August 12, 2008 Call me stupid or ignorant or naive. 1) Why can't he just really damage his fuel meter, making it permanently stuck at 3/4 to full markings! Open up the fuel meter in the deshboard, somehow tweek the spring/magnet or super glue the needle pivot to make it STUCK at 3/4 level!! I really cannot understand why the fark do you still want to have a 'On/Off' switch function when you are going to cheat? Most cars has in addition a red light to indicate empty tank. That is good fail safe warning for drivers to top-up petrol, especially if the meter needle is permanently stuck at 3/4-Full mark.(of course don't ku ku go thru custom with the fuel warning red light on lah, pump a little bit of petrol to remove the red light warning, not difficult what!) I mean Custom seldom strip down your car fuel tank to inspect the actual level, so the chances of being caught is really zero. If really kena caught, then just act blur, saying that the meter has being working well all along, and the meter only just spoilt and will get it repaired ASAP! Ok you are stupid, ignorant and naive and MORE!!
Shull Turbocharged August 12, 2008 Share August 12, 2008 IMO, pulling out records of who goes in for about 30 mins once every 3-4 days is easy..and they just randomly target those lor..

Kazuo Neutral Newbie August 12, 2008 Share August 12, 2008 Wonder what will happen if you go in full tank but your meter is tampered? Will you still be charged? Considering there isn't any intention to cheat. ↡ Advertisement
