My balls almost drop about 11 yrs ago.

Went to Indo...6hrs boat ride into the open sea. Its the SCS of Indo side.Can't see any island at all.

Sudden storm and you can see water on both side of the boat. lucky its a 48FT...If not say . All on board got seasick from the 3 storey wave except the captain just luffing and happily cruising back to find islands to take shelter.

After storm...went out back to the open.. a good catch of Batangs on thrawling... power

 

Normally after storm got good catch.

A few time similar experience at P. Aur many years back.

U mean the big lake in the middle of BKK? Bung Sung Lake or something like that. Those big Mekong catfish can rip your arms off. Catck a few & u too tired to fish anymore.

 

Tg Pinang got a big reservoir that have some big Toman. 1 day I try & let u guys know how.

saltwater. my fren caught a grouper and a ang choh, size is slightly larger than his pair of slippers, placed one after another.

 

should be going this weekend. will let you know when i been to the place.

not really difficult,he can today book,fly off in 2 days time..just air tickets and accomodation...btw the place just 20 min from BKK airport..not v far also..$40 whole day or an hour i forget..BUT if not wrong is whole day..but usually pple there catch liao and let go back..so big how to bring back?

Went to recce there today.

Some of the catch are not bad.

Seen 3-4kg Kbl being caught.

 

Bad point is....must bring lots of mosquito repellant.

And also tau pau own food.

 

All using light to light medium equipments.

Maybe will try there next mth

My fren goes BKK regularly & recently tried it. After the 5 or 6th big fish, he just want to sit & relax with his beer.

Hi guys

 

Just recce another location.

At No.2 Pasir Ris Farmway 1.

5hrs $50.

 

Its a catch and keep. The catch is not bad. Scenary not bad. And water is green.

Unlike the other pond at farmway 3...brown...

Mosquitos minimum. Average catch weight between 1.5 - 3.5kg.

Nice catch of above 4kg possible. Witness 1 yesterday.

 

Maybe can organize as a MU. Anyone interested? Maybe on Sunday morning or Saturday night.

Fish release time is 10, 5, 8 ( If i remember correctly )

Talked to the boss, if more anglers, will release more fish.

 

Please show hand of people interested in it. Then I will post it in the meetup forum.

the one at farmway 3 is 3hr/$50.

 

As for farmway 1, there are 2 different ponds by 2 different operators, 1 is 3hr/$50 and the other is 5hr/$50
