How to spot a "fake" Lexus RX300?

Can anyone tell me how to spot a "fake" Lexus RX300? I see alot of Harrier "converted" to RX300 by changing the badge on their car. Interior is a give away. But from exterior can tell?

1. RX original rims are 5 spokes. Harrier is 6 spokes.

2. RX has Lexus anti-thief sticker on both front door windows

3. RX does not have front left kerb-side mirror, Harries has.

4. RX is 4WD, Harrier is 2WD

5. Road tax disc.

6. Steering wheel. RX has a 'L' emblem, Harrier has 'T'.

7. Front and rear windscreens. RX has the "Lexus" engraving, Harrier has "Toyota".

 

Boneo takes the effort to put a "Boneo" sticker on the tailgate of newer RX's.

The price difference between the Harrier and RX is a few tens of thousands? Some owners want to save $$, but want to look "prestigious".

9. Lexus has 2 headlamp water spray (can see its cover in front of headlamp)

10. Lexus wording on its head unit.
