HSBC Credit Card and Choice Card...

Just applied for this card and received it. Main purpose of getting this card was for buying cheaper GV movie tickets. I have 2 questions

1) Is the 5% discount at Caltex station given upfront?

2) For the Choice card, when you make a payment at selected store, do you give the cashier the Choice card only or is it together with the credit card?

already got... 5% discount on the spot

 

choice card haven't use yet... even the coldstorage pple dunno got liscount

 

think i will cancel the choice card and credit line

the hsbc card gives you 5% off on top of the station discount.

 

That mean straight 10% of the bill immediately.

 

Not much use for the Choice card.

OCBC give better discount for GV movie tickets $7 for weekdays and $8 for weekends.

Use HSBC credit card and get the hsbc gv card for only $75/-, inside got 10 credits(tickets), which mean $7.50 per ticket. Can be use any of the day and of cos use it on weekend more worth it lah. The card can use to book online or telephone booking as well, only pay the booking fees.

what the choice card for??? any rebates or discount use in giant or 7/11 store??

no rebate or discount for the choice card. pay groceries on credit and get credit card points.
