Leasing company?

i am considering the above to let my car out on consignment.. anyone had experience with leasing out their cars? Generally which are the better companies that does the leasing?

 

I have no experience about it. So Pls advice the pros or cons.

Ensure you have insurance cover rental.

 

Do take note, if the customer or what do any illegal like smuggling of cigs from malaysia. your car like be confiscated. Ins does not cover.

Like the bros here have mentioned, if something happens to it, ur insurance will not cover it.

 

Consignment is leave at dealer's premises to sell. Leasing is "renting".

Consignment - u leave it there to sell, the risk (price fluctuation) is still with u.

 

Sell to dealer - the risk is left up to them ardi, if price suddenly crashes (coe crash, body value drop), its their problem.

consignment is when they help you sell, and earn a fee. you name them a minimum price and if it hit that price, they will sell.

 

don't lease a car to strangers lah. absolutely silly.
