Are You Using Reading Lamp?

Just curious how many are using and whether it's really easier for the eyes.

 

I saw 3M and Panasonic lamps selling at $120+ to $200+

 

Is it worth it? Can't normally lighting do the job?

those are polarized light so called quality uni directional lights. different from $20 ikea reading lamps. They won't make your eyes tired so easily.

but if for your kid, maybe a good investment

Dont read. Use audio books. BESt.. save time and can do other things while you read with your ears.
