PI car owner, what kind of warranty program you all have?

Hi, from what i understand, the warranty provided by PI is very different from AD.

When AD provide warranty, some 'wear and tear' parts are also covered.

For example, shock absorber faulty, AD will change for you, but PI will tell you not cover under warranty due to wear and tear.

Same thing applies to air-con. If air-con not cold due to expansion valve faulty or condenser maulfunction, AD will change/service air-con under warranty. But not PI.

Thus, i feel that warranty by PI equal to nothing (if no major problem to the car).

 

You are correct cos often there is a loose relationship between the PI & WS, The WS just gets a referral and in turn is "suppose" to take care of the warranty issues. Which PI WS will change faulty gearbox costing 2-3k? Nada is the answer! .

 

Btw gold platinum & silver warranty also means NADA!

You may try StreamFair. Mine i get 5 years warranty or up to 100km.

my is MUST go back authorize workshop for servicing.

 

no 1st to 3rd few servicing.

 

100k/3year warrenty on all.

My also TWM Gold. The first 3 which is FOC must be at a specific motorshop. Thereafter can go to a number of choice.

 

Is Comfort Delgro ok? Coz it is nearest my home.
