Turbobrick Neutral Newbie January 15, 2002 Share January 15, 2002 I tried ReverUp (yah yah snake oil) and it actually smoothens my engine and throttle response is slightly better. Have to top up every 20k though. Anyone tried and what's your result? ↡ Advertisement
Tookara Neutral Newbie January 15, 2002 Share January 15, 2002 how much is this reverup? i know magdaco does work on gear boxes. u could try. dun worry, personal exp. if dun work they'll give u another bottle.
Turbobrick Neutral Newbie January 15, 2002 Author Share January 15, 2002 I assume Magdaco can be used on manual gearboxes and engines only right? Auto tranny uses hydraulic oil and cannot be mixed with engine oils. Well if it doesn't work never mind the bottle but any harm to the engine or gearbox? They can give another 100 bottles but will they cover any engine or gearbox damage???
Tookara Neutral Newbie January 15, 2002 Share January 15, 2002 apparently they do. a friend of mine driving a '91 toyota cressida reported very positive results when he poured it into his auto tranny. they cover all defects as a direct result of their products' causation if used correctly. Turbobrick Neutral Newbie January 15, 2002 Author Share January 15, 2002 (edited) I don't really feel comfy pouring something that can be also used in the engine oil into the auto tranny.....totally different fluid base. Turbobrick Neutral Newbie January 31, 2002 Author Share January 31, 2002 Selling around $80 and it's quite ex IMHO. That's why I'm no longer using it, just regular oil change and keeping the boost up is all I need for now Reverup is just pouring a small bottle (around 250ml) into your engine block (mix with oil), suppose to microplate your engine surface to make it more smooth. Donno where to get now also, must ask another friend of mine.

Turbobrick Neutral Newbie February 2, 2002 Author Share February 2, 2002 I tried the fitch and it's suppose to oxygenate the fuel thus giving more power but on my brick the high O2 output on the exhaust fed back to the ECU via O2 sensor thus enriching the A/F. Thus I got poorer economy and I took out the Fitch. ↡ Advertisement
