guess in the eyes of the law, if killing is premed, it's murder. Accidental is man slaughter.

 

In ur case, tear wrongly perhaps is a mistake. but taping it back shows intent. The law dun care for such things. Not commonly done cos OPC cases pretty straightforward but perhaps speak with frens who are in the legal circle and see if you hv any mitigating factors. Eg u tore feb 31st etc.

 

btw someone in the thread mention can exchange if mistake is made on opc coupon? This is new to me. Any post office will do? What's the criteria for exchange??

almost everyone cheat, n must be prepared to get caught... like me i always cheat 15-30mins on parking coupon but got caught once just pay the fine, don't come n think of excuse, kok up story or what... but i'll never tamper w coupon, cos i know the consequences will be more severe, so wat i'm saying is, u take the risk of cheating, u got bigger balls u commit bigger crime, but u have the balls to cheat pls alos have the balls to take the consequences, don't like this fellow, cheat tio caught then come up w all kind of excuse, even blame the gov for coming up w the system that cos him to cheat... now regret, risk big fine, jail, job lose also too late.
