Meter to monitor tenant's elecricity usage

Anyone has experience installing a meter to monitor their tenant electrical usage? So far, my research on this area leads to the TED 1001 . Anyone can advise whether it is feasible or not?

a proper pte meter can set u bck ard $3K

 

scheinder or smthg got a pte meter that fits into the DB like a RCB

The TED if I'm not wrong measures the CB with a clamp, and it costs USD140 only...

anything tat is clamped externally and not inline is neber accurate.

Accuracy is not my aim. As long as there's a rough measure and its not expensive, it should suffice. Any recommendation?

Why can't you use SP Power's meter?

Thanks. This is another area that I can look into too.

Because I have 3 rooms that rented out currently. The SP meter in this case only shows the total power that's being used in the house.
