The staff was telling me i cant renew because my NCB only 30%...now new policy only drivers with 40% NCB can renew...wtf man.. Read my post : 1. NCD 40% abv 2. No P.I Car 3. No conti car 4. They poor thing lar....serious....not easy to make a sudden decision like that. My entire client lists all affected too hence well at least they saved $$ last year. This Lonpac name sounds very wrong in Khek. Can't imagine insuring with someone called Lonpac . Anyway, good luck in your search for advice.
