May i know where to get "This Car is under Surveilance" (or similar) label? Any place to get dummy camera too?

I had the sticker on my previous ride. It was done by a freelance sticker guy located @ pungol but seems like i've lost the contact.

 

Maybe u can get the design custom by sticker shops...

I need to catch a neighbour who had since caused vandal to my car. What is the pricing like for such system? One major concern is the battery drain as I rarely drive this car so charging batt is a problem.
