Video on Creative Zen

The Apple and iPod folks gonna shoot me.

 

I have d/l a video clip from youtube and using a-tube catcher converted it to mpeq from flv. However after transferring from desktop to the Zen player, I found some ghosting and pixelization while playing on the Zen. I did on the advice of Creative use their Zen Media Explorer too but same result.
